The wrong shoes will wear your feet down quickly. 4 Soak & Scrub your feet After you’ve soaked your feet, give them a good scrub to smooth rough or dry areas. Using a pumice stone is an effective way to remove dead skin from the feet. 3 Keep your nails under control A simple tip, but an essential one for foot care. Broken and ingrown toenails can be very painful. Trim your toenails regularly, just be sure to not make them too short as this can also cause discomfort. 2 Sunraysia Podiatry Services Pronated Foot Orthotic correction Individual counselling (e.g .
