K Lounge Cafe is the brainchild of Dr Khaled El Sheikh, owner of the Tristar Medical Group, who sought to provide a venue for patients and professionals in the medical precinct to meet and relax. Employing four staff and managed by Carolyn Chamberlain, K Lounge Cafe has operated successfully since 2011 and offers weekly specials, as well as regular special meal deals. Caroyln and her team also welcome telephone orders for deliveries. With a successful formula now established in the Ontario Avenue medical precinct, Dr El Sheikh now has plans to expand the model into other primary healthcare centres under the K Lounge banner.
