NEWS 13 FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2017 MILDURAWEEKLY.COM.AU WITH the current National Partnership Agreement on Universal Access to Early Childhood Education (NPA) – 2016 and 2017 up for re- view, Member for Mallee An- drew Broad believes it is vital the agreement is extended.
