Disruption of Traffic Lunar Fest will he held in Red Cliffs on Saturday 29 March 2014. Indi and Jamieson Avenues will be closed from Calder Highway to Guava Street from 3pm to 7pm. Participants of the march will muster in Heytesbury Avenue near the intersection of Guava Street at 3pm and proceed at 4pm along Heystesbury Avenue turning left in to Ilex Street, then right into Indi Avenue to Calder Highway where they will U turn back up Indi Avenue before turning right into Ilex then left at Jamieson to Heath Street and back along Jamieson, terminating outside the RSL. During the event it will be necessary to close Heystebury Avenue at Ilex Street and at Heath Street. This site will be marshalled at all times and emergency services vehicles will have unimpeded access if required. Interruption to traffic flow is expected whilst the event is in progress. Annual Community Satisfaction Survey Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey is now open. Residents are invited to give Council feedback on the services we provide, and let us know where we can make improvements. Open from Monday 17 March 2014, the survey asks you to rate 71 different areas of Council in terms of their importance to you and their performance. Review of the Mildura Planning Scheme Public Exhibition Council has recently commenced a planning scheme review and is seeking you input as part of this process. Council must review the local sections of the Planning Scheme on a regular basis, including reviewing the vision and directions for land use and development. This project also takes into account recent planning reforms and the feedback provided by the community and key stakeholders during workshops held in November 2013.
