Residents are invited to consider the proposed changes, outlined in a discussion paper which is available to view online at www.mildura.vic. gov.au/haveyoursay, at Council’s Madden and Deakin Avenue Service Centres or at the Mildura, Merbein, Red Cliffs and Irymple Libraries.
