With some 18 years experience in all facets of this service-hungry industry, Pam, who has been with our team at Burns & Co for eight years, leads a group of professionals including her long-standing assistant Tammy McLean, who also manages our NSW portfolio, Ricky Travers, who holds down the key role of both residential and commercial management and services our growing portfolio of managed properties in both Euston and Robinvale. Kelly Newton is another key member of our property management team, as is Kim Dewar, who both capably manage a large portfolio of residential properties within Sunraysia and are extremely motivated and professional in their role. Kerry Hall runs a ver y efficient and busy front desk, with her pleasant demeanour, strong work ethic and an ‘I care’ attitude. The front person is really where any business starts, and Kerry is a great example of someone who enjoys her role, takes it extremely seriously and is appreciated by staff and clients alike. Behind the scenes we have Natasha Witte employed as operations manager who keeps a careful eye on the real estate side of the business, including HR, along with a hands-on role with the self storage, auctions, trading, services and removals, and is often the voice behind the initial enquir y, accounts etc. Natasha has come to us with a strong background in real estate and administration, and is a key member of our team. Natasha has played a large, important role with the rebrand. co-ordinating much of the process.
