Photograph: DARREN SEILER Mildura World War Two veteran Rex Emmett knows a thing or two about tough living, as a child and as a soldier. It’s a story that Rex recently recorded as part of his autobiography ‘The Marksman,’ which is responsible for netting the sprightly 91-year-old two national awards at the recent 2013 Story Writing and Art Competition.
